Use of SKIDS services
SKIDS services are intended to support pediatric screening, parent education, care coordination, and clinical workflows. You agree to use the services lawfully, accurately, and only for the child, school, clinic, or organization you are authorized to represent.
Medical care
SKIDS information, reports, and app content do not replace clinical judgment, emergency care, or an in-person medical assessment where needed. Urgent symptoms should be taken to an appropriate emergency or pediatric care setting.
Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate information. Parents, schools, and partners should not upload or submit information they are not authorized to share.
Payments and plans
Screening memberships, clinic care plans, and institutional partnerships may have separate commercial terms. Public website descriptions are informational unless confirmed in a written SKIDS plan, invoice, agreement, or clinic communication.
Intellectual property
SKIDS names, design elements, content, workflows, reports, protocols, and software interfaces belong to SKIDS Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. They may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.
